small self care things you should do when you’re tired, but know you still need to get things done:
- put on some of your comfort music
- fill up your water bottle (and drink it while you work!)
- take a shower, even if you feel gross on the inside
- change into clothes you feel cute in
- eat a healthy snack
- lie down and close your eyes for a few minutes
- (seriously; drink water)
- take a nap if you need to
- sit down. tell yourself you have to do it. tell yourself you are going to do it.
- do it
- go to sleep :)
