small self care things you should do when you’re tired, but know you still need to get things done:

  • put on some of your comfort music
  • fill up your water bottle (and drink it while you work!)
  • take a shower, even if you feel gross on the inside
  • change into clothes you feel cute in
  • eat a healthy snack
  • lie down and close your eyes for a few minutes
  • (seriously; drink water)
  • take a nap if you need to
  • sit down. tell yourself you have to do it. tell yourself you are going to do it.

  • go to sleep :)
